The Editorial Advisory Board is a wonderful resource that offers guidance and advice to BLB. In addition, our Board members will be available to answer questions posed by our readership in a new column called "Ask the Experts."
The editorial staff of Bottom Line Briefing is sad to report the recent passing of our longtime editorial advisory board member, Dr. Stephen C. Carey.
Dr. Carey's insightful articles and white papers appeared in numerous issues of BLB over the years, and his knowledge of and experience in the association world helped shape our monthly e-newsletter in so many ways. He was a great friend and resource to call on whenever we needed him. A retired military officer, Dr. Carey served as President of Association Management and Marketing Resources and was one of the few association executives and consultants to be appointed to the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. He was also a charter class Fellow of the ASAE and a charter member of the American League of Lobbyists.
We send our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues.
